We are looking for a sales representative to help develop our activities in the Agadir and Marrakech centers.

Responsibilities
The person will be responsible for developing the business of the regeneration centers based in Agadir and Marrakech.
Organize prospect visits and promote battery and oil regeneration by all available means, including telephone, physical prospecting, videoconferencing and face-to-face meetings.
Create, develop and animate a network of customers around the regeneration centers.
Draft, develop and propose offers for battery/oil maintenance contracts.
Possible participation in national trade shows and events to promote the activity of the centers and regeneration.
Full reporting via various collaborative tools and CRM.
Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ higher education (ideally in a business school)
- At least 3 years’ professional experience in BtoB sales positions
- Knowledge of the local economic fabric, in particular manufacturers in the infrastructure, energy and/or transport, logistics, retail, agri-food, telecoms and industrial sectors.

Responsabilities
The tasks of the BD will revolve around two main axes:
1. Expansion of Be Energy’s business in France and North Africa (60%)
- Set-up strategy development: market research, competitive intelligence, business model (subsidiary, JV, licensed center, etc.)
- Coordinate with sales teams to draw up sales proposals in line with Be Energy’s implementation strategy.
- Negotiate contractual terms with future partners/customers
- Support deployment of new structures (France and Maghreb): deliveries, payment deadlines, employee training, etc.
2. Coordination of the network of subsidiaries / JVs in place in France/Maghreb (30%)
- Administrative and financial monitoring of existing subsidiaries/JVs (mainly in the Maghreb region): deliveries, payment deadlines, employee training, etc.
- Activity management in the various subsidiaries using a dashboard
- Consolidation of data feedback (KPIs, financial data)
The BD will also have the opportunity (10%), in collaboration with the other two members of the Export team, to contribute to Be Energy’s overall strategic thinking and to the formalization of various procedures to harmonize operations between the various local sites.
Occasional travel to target areas will be required.
Profile
- At least 5 years’ higher education (ideally at a business school or engineering school specializing in management/strategy).
- Minimum 3 years’ similar experience, ideally in a start-up / SME that has developed its export business. Experience in an emerging country will be highly valued.
Skills
- Good knowledge of business management, commercial negotiation and strategy.
- Any knowledge of auditing, taxation, labor or business law will be valued.
- Professional English required, Arabic appreciated

The SAF’s tasks will focus on three main areas:
- Production/services administration : improvement of current administrative and accounting management procedures, definition and supervision of order-taking and invoicing flows in conjunction with technicians/customer-supplier contacts
- Finance: daily monitoring of payment reminders and follow-up, implementation of service performance monitoring tools, invoicing assistance, etc.
Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ higher education required. This level can be compensated by a proven level of skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ similar experience, ideally in a start-up / SME.

The sales representative will be responsible for developing the business of the regeneration center based in Avignon, with initial coverage of the entire southern region.
Organize prospect visits and promote the Avignon showroom workshop by all available means: telephone, physical prospecting, videoconference or physical appointments.
Create, develop and animate a customer network around the regeneration center.
Draft, develop and innovate standard battery/oil maintenance contracts.
Process incoming leads in France.
Full reporting via various collaborative tools and CRM.
Travel abroad for 3 weeks at a time to launch subsidiaries and provide sales support.

Responsabilities
Reporting to the center manager, the technician will be responsible for carrying out regeneration operations on the machines produced and marketed by Be Energy (regenerators, discharge benches, sorting terminals, etc.).
Collect batteries on customer sites, organize transport and appropriate logistics to the local regeneration center.
Comply with safety requirements for machine use.
Possible travel to train technicians when opening a new subsidiary abroad.
Profile
- Training to Bac PRO level minimum (BTS electro technique)
- At least 3 years’ professional experience in technical positions
- Specific in-house machine training
