The reconditioning of lithium batteries requires a high level of technological expertise, as there are a number of risks involved, such as:

Risk of thermal runaway
Explosion
Fumes hazardous to health.

To achieve this, we have developed and produced a patented “PTS” safe workstation, which ensures operator safety when working on batteries. The PTS is easy to use and guided by augmented reality, making it accessible to novice technicians and those with disabilities.

When the device detects high heat and/or smoke, a mechanical reaction causes the tray to lift and the battery to slide into a water tank.
