header_font_size=&#8221;22px&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>When a battery\u2019s performance declines, replacing it with a new battery is often seen as the obvious solution.<\/p>\n<p>However, not all batteries have necessarily reached the end of their service life.<\/p>\n<p>Our approach is to first <strong>assess their condition<\/strong> to determine which batteries can still be recovered. It is also essential to be able to <strong>measure the benefits generated<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We therefore monitor various indicators related to our operations: <strong>CO\u2082 emissions avoided, water saved, energy preserved, reduction in hazardous waste and reduced pressure on mining resources.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 tonne of regenerated lead-acid batteries = 3 tonnes of CO\u2082 avoided<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 tonne of reconditioned lithium batteries = 12 tonnes of CO\u2082 avoided<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 tonne of regenerated NiMH batteries = 13 tonnes of CO\u2082 avoided<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These figures help us better measure the impact of an approach focused on <strong>extending battery life rather than replacing them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; header_font_size=&#8221;22px&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Whether a company operates a small number of batteries or manages several thousand pieces of equipment, the question remains the same: <strong>does a battery that is no longer performing at its optimal level really need to be replaced?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For large traction battery fleets, for example, replacement can quickly represent a significant investment.<\/p>\n<p>Diagnostics make it possible to identify which batteries can be regenerated and which ones genuinely need to be replaced or directed toward another recovery solution.<\/p>\n<p>This approach enables companies to <strong>better control costs, optimize their battery fleets and reduce their environmental impact.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243;
