    The center now has 4 BRT MAXI GOLD regeneration machines and one BRT 10 (on-site intervention)<\/strong> capable of treating different types of lead-acid batteries: starter, traction, and stationary. This equipment can perform the various stages of the process, including advanced diagnostics, desulfation, and restoration of electrochemical performance.<\/p>\n

    Each BRT MAXI GOLD machine can process one type of battery at a time :<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Traction batteries:<\/strong> 1 battery at a time<\/li>\n
    • Starter batteries:<\/strong> up to 36 simultaneously (12 for heavy-duty batteries)<\/li>\n
    • Stationary batteries:<\/strong> up to 18 simultaneously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      These figures are indicative and may vary slightly depending on the specific characteristics of each battery.<\/em><\/p>\n

      Thanks to these capabilities, the Be Energy Cameroon center<\/strong> in Douala is able to respond effectively to local needs, processing an appropriate volume of batteries while adjusting to specific market demands. This flexible organization makes it possible to support both individuals and professionals, while contributing to the development of a structured local industry.<\/p>\n

      The business also relies on a local team of 8 employees<\/strong>, including expert technicians and qualified sales staff. Trained in regeneration methods, they handle production, customer relations, and the development of the partner network. This skills development is a central element of the project, contributing to the structuring of a local industry.<\/p>\n

      In six months, the center processed an average of 100 starter batteries<\/strong> per month, 2 traction batteries<\/strong>, and 50 stationary batteries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      These figures already show a tangible impact on reducing waste and CO\u2082 emissions associated with the manufacture of new batteries.<\/p>\n

      Beyond the volumes, the commercial momentum confirms the market’s interest: collaborations with local players and discussions with companies, businesses, and individuals illustrate a real and sustainable need.<\/p>\n

      This project demonstrates that a progressive approach, based on the circular economy, can simultaneously address ecological and economic challenges and constitutes a replicable model for other territories facing the same challenges.<\/p>\n
